Everything on Bound By Master is general education for consenting adults. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and it can't account for your health, your body or your situation. 3. Your safety is your responsibility
BDSM carries real physical and emotional risks, including when everyone is careful. You and your partners are responsible for your own choices: negotiating, getting consent, using safewords, checking circulation, choosing equipment and stopping when something is wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss or harm arising from activities you choose to take part in, or from furniture or products you buy from third parties.
4. Consent and the law
Only use what you learn here with adults who have freely and enthusiastically consented. Nothing on this site permits or encourages anything non-consensual or illegal.
5. Products, shops and affiliate links
We review and link to products sold by other companies. Some links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with those shops, under their terms; prices, availability, warranties and returns are their responsibility. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, weight ratings and safety guidance.
6. Playroom design service
Design consultations and room packages are advisory. Final decisions about your room, its construction and its anchor points are yours, and any structural work should be carried out by qualified professionals. Specific terms for each package are agreed in writing before any payment.
7. Member content
When the members' area opens, members will be able to publish stories in the Chamber. You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on Bound By Master for as long as it stays published, and you confirm that it follows the house rules. We may review, decline or remove any content, and suspend accounts that break the rules. Content involving minors is removed and reported to the authorities.
8. Membership and payment
Paid membership is not yet available. Joining the founding list is free and reserves a founding rate; it does not commit you to buy. Full membership terms, including billing, renewals and cancellation, will be published before membership launches.
9. Our content
The text, images, design and tools on this site belong to Bound By Master. You're welcome to print guides and worksheets for your own personal use, and to share links. Please don't copy or republish our content without permission.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, harass anyone, impersonate anyone, or use it for anything unlawful.
11. No warranty
We work hard to keep everything accurate and the site running, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or remove any part of it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
